Yes, that $.24 for the arts makes such a damn difference...let's cut THAT one....UGH!
What an interesting way to put this into perspective. Glad to see congress salaries are pretty low...wonder how that can be since they have paid drivers...and how did McCain end up with a clutch of houses????
